Bring your four pieces to the center.

01 · THE ESSENTIALS
The rules to get started
The proposed variant
Six to start, blockades, captures and an exact roll to finish.
For several players on the same screen
Choose two, three or four players before starting. Each side has four pieces, its home and its finish lane. A six lets you bring a piece out by moving it six spaces, including the starting space, and play again. Opponent blockades cannot be crossed; finishing requires the exact number.
Beyond two players, camp 1 starts; everyone plays for themselves and camps are identified by a number and a color. These modes are local: humans on this screen or one player versus the computers, with no online player search.
THE ESSENTIALS
How to Play
- Four pieces per side. Play with two opposing sides, or with three or four on the same screen. A six brings a piece into play and moves it six spaces, start included.
- The first side starts. A six gives another roll. Capture an isolated piece by ending on its square; it returns home.
- Two pieces of the same camp form a barrier: the opponent cannot cross it or land on it. The arrival corridor is reserved for its camp.
- An exact roll is required to bear off in the center. The first to bear off all four pawns wins. No safe squares or penalty for three sixes in this variant.
