Account and data deletion
Last content review: .
This page covers HRS Digital Boardgame accounts and games, including Chess 3D Android 3.3.6. Updated: .
Request deletion of your Boardgame account
Email boardgame@hrsdigital.net from the account’s email address. Guest players can name Chess and their displayed nickname, if known. You can request deletion without reinstalling the app.
Specify the whole Boardgame account or a particular game. Requests are handled manually after a proportionate identity check. Opening the email link does not itself delete data. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, tokens, payment details or identity documents in your initial message.
The review covers the Core identity, game profiles and public nicknames across Core, World and World2, server account links and associated gameplay. Completed matches may retain an anonymized participant to preserve the opponent’s result. Any retained purchase, security or backup records must be explained in the reply with their purpose and retention period. Immediate deletion of all backups is not promised.
This does not delete your Google, Google Play or CardVerse account. Personal exports and data on other devices require separate deletion.
Controls in Chess Android 3.3.6
In Settings → Privacy and legal information, “Request deletion of your Boardgame account” opens this page. Email the address above for the whole account; you do not need to run the partial operation first.
“Delete my online data · Firebase” is restricted to a guest profile. It removes the Chess guest profile and replaces its configured participant identifiers in matches with an anonymous value. It preserves the Firebase sign-in identity, public nicknames and profiles in other games. A Google or email account is refused by this partial command before database changes and directed to the request process.
This partial operation is not deletion of the whole shared Boardgame account. It may fail because of permissions or a network error and is not an atomic cleanup of every database. Only the manual request process covers aliases, server links and data in other games.
“Erase all local data” affects this installation. Signing out, uninstalling or clearing hub cookies does not erase server data.
If you still use Chess 3.3.5
The old partial Firebase command could also remove the Core sign-in identity while leaving public aliases, server links and profiles in other games. Prefer the manual request above rather than running that old command.
